I will sleep wake up and go to the fridge : eat drink - go back to sleep wake up to use the bathroom eat and drink - I KNOW its keeping me from seeing progress but its such a habit - I want to kick it for good! Any suggestions?

How many calories are you eating? How many are you eating during the daytime? If you are eating too few during the day, you will be hungrier and eat more during the night.0

Sleep earlier and don't drink any fluids 2-3 hours before you go to sleep so you won't need to wake up again to use the bathroom. You can tell yourself "why do i want to eat since I am not hungry"
The best for you is to set a sleeping schedule that'll help you not to wake up in the middle of the night. Be active during the day so you can be tired by the end of it.
You can also try yoga & meditation. Habits are a hard thing to break but it's all about yourself. After 2-3 weeks of not eating in the middle of the night it'll become easier and after two months it'll become natural.0 -
On 2 of the 3 days I looked at in your diary, your net calories are around 1000. It's possible you are under-feeding yourself during the day. Try to make sure you net at least 1200. That'll help you be less hungry at night.0

THANKS! It really is just a habit Ive been doing for so long I expect food to go to sleep, if I can just calm myself and find other means to sleep I really think I can beat this!0
