I was just curious how others do their food logs when they are sick?? Not my top priority today to count calories as I haven't been able to keep hardly any food down but do you just forget the food log all together when you are sick/vomiting? I haven't ate much but what I have hasn't stayed down.
Thanks in advance.

I would prob skip today if I were that sick, and get back on track when I started feeling better.0

I had the same problem a few weels ago. There was no way I could list my food intake. The good news is that I lost weight and because when I felt better I went back to my food journal I have kept it off.So right now take care of yourself and get well

Enter something, even if it is a can of 7-up. Add a note that you were sick at the bottom. At least then you get credit for logging in for the day.0
