    1.8lb down.

    0.2 off my first stone gone! :)

    184.4. I was hoping to be at 10 pounds lost by today, but I missed it. Oh well. I took some progress pics and I'm happy with the results so far. :)

    Wk 3- 214
    42 pounds to go to hit the NYE goal!

    Switched eating plant based this last week and feeling amazing! So much energy and feel less bloated.

    Only 1 lb. down this week, but since it's my TOM and I also slipped pretty badly one day, I'm happy! So far, 6 pounds down, 44 to go!

    This week I plan to continue C25K and swimming laps. Also keeping my calories under my goal and drinking 12 cups of water per day.

    No loss for me this week :( Starting the 17 day diet today with a few from this group....hopefully that will help. Oh, and not eating so much sugar! I can manage to keep at my set calories but have way too much sugar!

    down another 2.4 this week, weighing in at 157.4. I have lost 7.6 lbs so far on this challenge.
