    Tues: 618 calories (1hr 15 tennis, 30 min of weights: shoulders/ arms)
    Wed: 1297 calories (3.5 hours tennis: 3 sets of doubles, 2 sets of singles)

    Came for Paygep, stayed for the weight loss.

    Guess i can shoot for 3500 this round. i was here a couple of months ago but work schedule got crazy and the Mon-Sun schedule of this challenge was not in line with what I was doing for myself fitness-wise.

    Tues: 902 calories burned walking 6.14mi
    Wed: 355 calories burned walking 2.53 miles
    Thur: 931 calories burned walking 7.07 miles

    Left to go: 915
    work half day on THURS/Fri and going out of town Sat/sun so will probably go big on cardio Thurs/Fri and do light walking like .5mi daily Sat/Sun
