Have you ever been hurt by someone you loved and all you do is eat? Well I am now. After seeing my past love with someone else I got really hurt, but I chose to eat a lot than to cry it all out. And now, I am gaining weight and getting bigger and bigger. I am so mad of myself right now for being so careless and ate a lot. I don't know where to start again. I wished to get back in shape and to let him know that he doesn't earn a tear from me.

    Hello, I understand where you are coming from to and extent. I have always been an emotional eater and i gained most of my weight when i was in a bad relationship. I had a BF that was controlling so to gain some control over myself i would only eat when i was alone but i would over eat and eat very unhealthy foods. I still want to eat at times that i am upset or hurt and i would say the best advice is that if you feel things starting to weight on you and wanting to eat to take a walk even if its around the block or up and down the steps a few times. Just get yourself moving and clear your head.
