I know what I need to do to lose weight, (my goal is to lose 25 lbs). I just got a new job which will require travel 4-6 weeks at a time. I need some help getting and staying motivated to exercise and make good choices while I am on the road.....Any and all advice relating to traveling for work and not screwing this up would be greatly appreciated. My name is Michael and I live outside of Cincinnati, Ohio.

You'll need to do a lot of analysis of restaurant food to see what's really in it; sometimes you can't really tell. I guess if I was going to be on the road for days at a time, I'd find a place where you could choose what is really in a given meal (i.e. Subway, where there are fresh things and you can pick out "clean" foods that aren't drowned in butter). Regular restaurants also serve a portion size that could literally serve a family of four! I'm sure you'll get some great ideas from your post. Planning in advance like this will serve you well.

Thank you both Allison, and CD. I leave out on September 3rd for my first business trip. I will post how I do here as I go.
