Could someone give me their opinion of my diary?

Could someone please have a look at my diary and tell me what it is I'm doing wrong? This past week hasn't been the best, so I ask that you randomly look at entries in the last 2-3 months and tell me if you notice a pattern, and how I could fix this.
I just can't seem to lose weight!
I'm running 3-4x a week using the Zombies, Run! app. On top of that I walk about 40 to 60 minutes every day, since the walk from my bus stop to school is a good 20 minutes each way. I'm trying to cut down on my bad fats - staying away as best as I can from fried foods and sticking to roasted, grilled, baked, etc.
In the last 2 months I've only lost 1 kg (2 lbs) and I'm baffled as to why this is. Help me out guys, please?

some days you barely scrape through 1000 calories of food. You're running on empty
enter your stats into here http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ and find out what you should be eating based on the exercise you do. You might be surprised at what happens when you actually fuel your body properly0 -
I dont think your eatting near enough food for the levels of exercise your doing and just in general.0

The thing is I'm really scared of eating more and gaining more. How can I up the number of calories I eat without gaining weight?0

Increase by about 50-100 calories one week at a time. You'll have a little water weight at first, but don't worry - you'll start dropping soon after. :flowerforyou:0
