Lacking in motivation to go to the gym and my hunger pangs throughout the day in work and i find eating fruit doesnt help for long any suggestions?

Your diary is private, make it public.

    Hey,

the beginning is always the hardest! You have to fight now and make it a habit!
But for now I would suggest Instagram or Tumblr, there are heaps of fitness blogs, and to see healthy food, fit girls and good tips motivates totally! :)
If you have probelms with junk food, start reading stuff about it, seriously I did this and I am honestly disgusted from some stuff now! :D
As well you could post it on facebook, if you involve others it kinda gets a serious thing, right? :)

Hope I could kinda help you!

How many calories do you eat. If it is 1200 that is why you are hungry and struggling. If not then you could maybe try eating more small meals throughout the day. I found with me a lot of my "hunger" was actually boredom and once you get into a routine it gets a lot easier. Hard to really give much more help as your diary is closed. Oh and if you don't find fruit filling (same as me really lol) why not chop some up and add some yoghurt to it. I use the kids yoghurt tubes (only 44 cals) and it is a lovely snack and quite filling too. Hope some of that helps a bit. Good luck :flowerforyou:

Hi there, I know you said you lack motivation to go to the gym, but if you can do this or some form of exercise, you get to eat more. A win-win situation. Thinking of what extra I can eat, usually spurs me on to some sort of activity. Give it a try :drinker:
