need some friends' encouragement

hello!
I have been using this website/app for a while and lost some weight.
But now it's getting harder for me to resist the food...and to stick to my morning runs..
I wish to get some encouragements from some new friends (preferably females)!

I just want to get rid of the last 8 lb./4 kg.

    mix it up and add weights or swimming or something else to your routine. i used to run 5 days a week and then hit a rut where i struggled to get out the door in the mornings. now i only run 2 or 3 days a week, but i swim once or twice and i lift weights 3 days a week. i find that variety is helping me keep up the exercising a lot more than just running was, plus i'm seeing a much bigger difference.
