    Day 3: 922 - Stair Climber, Upper body(Chest, Lats, Pectoral, Rear Deltoids Fly, Horizontal Chest Press, Kettle Bell Swings
    Day 4: 865 - Stair Climber (60 Minutes and Jumping Jacks)
    Day 5: 922 - Stair Climber; Standing Leg Curls, Leg Presses, Leg Extensions, Leg Abduction, Kettle Bell Swings and Jumping Jacks
    Day 6: Too busy with work
    Day 7: 922 - Stair Climber, Upper body(Chest, Lats, Pectoral, Rear Deltoids Fly, Horizontal Chest Press, Kettle Bell Swings
