This month I am setting some new goals for myself. I hope some here will help me be accountable for them. I am pretty bad about daily check ins so I will set the first goal to check in weekly.

No all you can eat places_I already dont go anywhere with a drive thru
No ice cream_ its only a month I can do it :) This is my weakness and latley I have noticed it is causing the cravings to return
Log 65 miles this month_ walking or elliptical_ I hurt my knee this week so my dvds are out
Switch from 4c packets to real plain water_ thinking the artificial sweetner is not helping with cravings.

edit to add my weightloss goal this month...12 pounds

I like the personal goal thing. I don't care for icecream, try freezing a whipped yogurt see if that helps. But I do hate all the plain water. try getting a tap filter and use lots of ice, it helps.
    I just started here but
i noticed we have the same weight goal I am however, 5 month behind you. keep up the good work

You can do whatever you set your mind to. Its mind over matter. I am not an expert on weightloss and i am just starting my journey this week. I think its great to avoid drive thrus completely, but if you have no other choice I think it is still ok to maybe have a cheeseburger from mcdonalds. lol hear me out though first...you can remove the bread from the cheeseburger and purchase only that and not an entire meal. and no fries, those snack wraps, dont let them fool you, the angus snack wraps have more calories than a burger. I think if we completely take out everything that we enjoy we set ourselves up to fail. I think its ok to treat ourselves once a week, just not go over board
