20lbs by Christmas- who's with me?

Count me in!! I'd love to be at 145 lbs. by Christmas!!

I've been doing the Virgin Diet for the past two and a half weeks. So far down 8 lbs.

Okay! Let's do this. Need to stop using my babies as an excuse and start using them as motivation! 20lbs would put me at my goal weight! Time to lose the loose bicep!

20 pounds by Christmas sounds wonderful! I'm in but you have to let me know the game plan.

I'm in I need accountability, just came back August 1st, not doing very well so far.

I have back, shoulder and knee problems but I am working out 3 times a week at least 30 minutes.
