Count me in I'm from Melbourne Australia and we use kilos so i think 20 lbs is roughly just over 9 kilos so Yeh count me in .

20 pounds is my goal to get to my goal weight and I'd like to lose it before my work Christmas party. Our offices don't get together much so if I lose the. 20, that will be 60 I have lost, I want to shock everyone0

I totally understand where you are...I'm having serious issues with hormonal weight gain...going to try this though; just started the T25 program and I'm really amping up my protein which I'm told will help w/ my hormones...good luck0
