Ketosis. How many grams of fat?

i'm a 5'6, 25 year old female and i am 141lbs.

I am doing ketosis for the next few months to challenge myself and to get my body off my sugar and carb addiction and to have a new approach to eating.

I'm aiming to hit 30-40grams of carbs per day but with regards to fat, how many grams should i be looking to achieve?

The general consensus is to eat 20-30 g carbs per day, .5-1 g of protein per lb of lean body mass then the rest in fat. I am 5'4", 24 years old and I normally eat 20 g carbs/ 100g protein/125g fat. I am having to up my carbs for an unrelated reason right now so my diary doesn't reflect this.

This macro calculator is what I used to figure my ratios out: http://keto-calculator.ankerl.com/

To find the keto group you would go to the link groups at the top of the community page and search for keto. There are several groups there.

You really want to crank up your fat in terms of calories, too. 4 cal for 1 g of carb / protein, and 9 for 1 gram of fat. I find my biggest gains when 65%+ of my calories come from fat.

Atkin's mentions something called a fat fast, where (I believe) you get 95% of your cals from fat. I personally don't recommend that, but if you're going keto, don't fear the fat. Still count your calories, though.
