Too much Sodium

How do I cut my sodium level down? I eat a lot of dairy product and also beef. ppat

    Hard to say without seeing your diary and what you're eating. But processed foods, especially lunch meats and the like, have a lot of sodium, as does restaurant food. Cooking at home from scratch helps because you can control how much salt goes in.

    I started clean eating..... that is no more processed foods.
    Now in order to get enough sodium I am actually sprinkling it on my food.

    Unless you have some kind of health issue, like heart disease or high blood pressure, sodium really shouldn't concern you all that much.
