I think giving up booze has a lot to do with it.

I started an awesome weight loss challenge at my gym two weeks ago. I'm going super hardcore and I'm down ten points already! I plan on being down to 20 in 8 weeks! I'll be at my goal by then, I hope.

Count me in!!! Using this site and It Works body wraps...I can't do anything but lose

Cutting out refined carbs and soda will help you lose lots of weight as well
