    That would be a rather lengthy list....1200 meals is a lot of meals...like more than a years worth if your a 3 squares kinda gal.

    If I had the calorie allowance for a 1200 meal tonight I'd have a large portion of four cheese tortelloni with grilled salmon and steamed broccoli, tossed in olive oil and lots of black pepper.

    Do you mean 1200 calorie a day menus? I eat more than 1200 but .........

    Modest breakfast - around 250

    Steel cut oats & PB2 ...sweetened with maple syrup

    OR

    Greek yogurt + high fiber cereal

    Lunch (a little more) - around 300-350 calories

    Protein - chicken or tuna

    Salad with chicken, craisins, almonds & lite dressing OR

    Tuna salad on whole wheat OR

    Sometimes I'll have a broth based soup OR

    Cottage cheese & pineapple (this is typically w/ wheat toast .....not another fruit)

    Also ....Veggie sides & a piece of fruit

    Dinner is 500 or 600 ..... (you can leave 100 out for some kind of snack)

    Protein - pork chop, chicken breast

    veggies

    Carb - sweet potato, rice pilaf

    Fruit or some small dessert

    There are plenty of 1200 calorie daily meal planners if you google. But, if you are exercising, and I see by your profile that you enjoy kickboxing (me too, I LOVE it) then you will get to eat a lot more than 1200 calories. For the sake of adherence and sustainability, you don't want to have too big of a deficit. Eat more, exercise and enjoy.:flowerforyou:
