    Okay, I do close to this. No breakfast, eat after 12pm and up till 11:30pm each day just ensuring I meet my macro/micros and stay within calorie limits.

    I can eat whatever I want... but I need to watch it?

    How long do I need to watch a particular item of food before I can eat it? Is this like stalking your food?

    And hey, I am not bashing fasting.... I'm considering incorporating it in to my own diet.... but you aren't really selling it very well.

    Bella, you may be new here and proud of your recent discovery, but Intermittent Fasting isn't new. There's even a group here on MFP you can join. Many of the people here know about it already, but we're happy you've discovered it. :smile:

    So it is like Intermittent Fasting, but more confusing with additional food watching time? I get'cha!

    I et breakfast everyday and I've lost 52 pounds nearly and went from 30 percent body fat to now 19. All this time I was doin it wrong! Lol any diet where you keep up with what you eat and eat under your calories ypu will loose weight also exercise
