Well, no workout last night and no run today. I just can't do it with tissue stuffed up my nose right now. And now my lil girl has joined us, and we're all sick but my husband. I'm official nose-wiper and we are "shut-in".
Will make-up the lower body workout as soon as I can, hopefully this weekend.

Today I did Treadmill walking & then just 'Walk" to fill in the remaining time in the heart rate categories as per my Polar FT80 HRM Star program set to maximize fitness. I should get my 3rd trophy (symbol) in a row Monday from the program for reaching the targets set for me. The HRM Star program adapts to me so I expect it will step it up.
This weekend is Thanksgiving in Canada. Unfortunately DH got called into work. I worry that his job with its long hours, long commute and being on call in the evening is tiring him out too much. Looking at the positive he was lucky that he got this job after being laid off from his last job due to a plant closure.

The only workout I'm getting today is walking all over this mall. Not going to be home till after midnight. Hopefully my legs will be healed up enough to workout again tmrw (and not just hobble along xD)!

I did a 5K race with a friend this morning (at her pace), then did my own 3 mile run this afternoon. My shins are telling me it's time for new running shoes. I bought these in June so I've put a lot of miles on them.0
