Suggestions to reduce sugar?

I notice even when I eat just fresh fruit my sugar intake is too high. Any suggestions?

If you have no medical reason to avoid sugar, I wouldn't worry about it, especially if it's mostly from fruits & veggies. I don't even track my sugar anymore, and it hasn't hindered my progress.0

agree with the above. If you aren't diabetic or some sort of person that needs reduced sugar, if the majority is coming from natural sources and not ice cream and candy I wouldn't worry about it. If you're really concerned try to balance it out with some protien. Cheese with your apple or peanut butter etc.0

Agree with the above comments, I don't track sugar (and I am diabetic type 2) I eat a balanced meal plan and track Carbs, Proteins, and Fats and watch my fiber.... fit in ice cream and whatnot too and have managed to lose some weight... Get Blood work every 6 months and A1c average 5.3..... Personally I would track fiber before sugar...... Best of Luck0
