    well, pretty much like i'm eating now....anything and everything.
    probably more cookies than i eat now though. and likely more alcohol. oh also...a lot more ham.

    people that fear the holidays because of food are silly.

    Not even a full year of celebrating over your whole lifetime. I will take what I can get.

    i took the last two season off so I plan to eat this year, but for damage control I am losing weight before the holidays so damage is min or none at all if it evens out lol

    Okay - I will be the first to admit that I am dreading the holidays. There is food and booze everywhere. I can never control myself. I'll look in the mirror and be disappointed that I couldn't have done better in limiting the crap and wine intake.

    Since I do alot of cookie & candy making during Christmas; I'll be having Thanksgiving at my house this year - I plan on enjoying myself but I am going to try & not overdo it.. I've worked too have to blow it all in a 2-3 week span!! That's how I'm eating this year. :laugh:

    I have been a lose & gain person for awhile now, I want to break that cycle.

    I'm going to try the new hands-free diet. I can eat whatever I want, but I can't use my hands to do so.

    I'm going to bake all the cookies. Then I'm going to eat all the cookies. Then I'm going to eat all of my grandma's baked goods (the ones I can at least). And then I'm going to go about my days and enjoy the time I have with my family and not worry about something that a lot of people cannot even afford to indulge in.
