    Good morning everyone!

    We are having rainy weather today with the heaviest expected on Thursday (with high winds which means an indoor cardio session tomorrow).

    This morning's TUFFer Phase 2 WO 2 (total body strength and aerobics)…left me trembling, glistening & runny sweat with a runny nose…lol. It definitely PUSHED me.

    Sherry - how are you feeling this morning? Were you up to doing TUFF last night?

    Laura - nice phrase "Day 2 of Goodness". WTG on Pilates and walking last evening, too.

    Marilyn - well done with your cardio mix.

    Marla - don't forget to take measurements to determine your BF% along the way, too. So many factors effect that number on the scale so don't allow it to be the "gospel". Good luck!

    Today was Strength training followed by treadmill walking.

    I hope all are progressing on their workout routines. This group certainly helps especially with Sherry's great sayings to look forward to each morning.

    Please push forward. You know it will be worth it.

    Hey all! Quick drive-by, as I'm in between errands. Last night I finally did my upper body routine and it felt great. Today I did all my usual walking, plus ran 30minutes, and filled the rest of 2 hours with walking & a little stretching (while I waited on my son). I'm also finally getting back to "goodness" with regard to diet. Planning to do lower body tonight.

    Keep it up everyone! A new month approaches. :glasses:

    Hi everyone!

    Bullied myself out of bed this morning for my run (just under 3 miles). Trainer session tonight, and walk with a friend scheduled for lunch, so it will be a good activity day.

    Also got on the scale this morning and finally hit 60 pounds down after flirting with it for a couple of weeks. My 2 days of goodness paid off. :wink:

    Pam I love your description of your workout!

    I saw a comment this morning - Strong is the New Skinny - that seems to work well with today's thread.

    Hello everyone great job to everyone who worked out and exercised today! I've been slipping on here the last several day my apologies...Been busy with work lately. The last two days for me have been rest days from the gym and running. I plan on getting back in the gym this morning after work and doing Chest/Triceps and my normal 5K run. Tomorrow morning is an event 5K Run called the Scare Run for Halloween lol I guess you get scared...I don't celebrate this holiday by I enjoy the event runs a lot. I really enjoy everyone who comes out just to run and be relaxed with it rather then an actual race.

    Didn't get to the gym today. I found out I have company Saturday night so I had to move furniture around so they could sleep in the "dog free" bedroom. I moved a dresser up 2 flights of stairs (one piece at a time) so that had to count for something. I was sweating.
