    Today got thrown off a bit by continual thunderstorms last night and this morning so I just took it easy today and did the elliptical machine for 45 minutes and my estimated burn was 408 calories. Unknown exact burn because my gps watch battery died on me right before I headed into the gym...Hope everyone's Sunday is going well!

    Timothy, I'm glad you didn't let anything keep you from getting in a workout today. Well done.

    I'm taking a rest day so I will be ready for strength training Monday. I used the extra hour to get more sleep this morning.

    Well, my sore throat turned into full blown cold today. I don't know what's going on with this sickness. This used to happen to me all the time when I'd diet by VLCD (very low calorie diet), because I didn't know any better. But now, I'm eating well, so I don't know why I'm so susceptible, except that my weakened immunity isn't fully recovering before I get on the bus or the store and catch it again from someone. ??I don't know?? Anyway, I'm feeling pretty rough with sore throat, itchy ears, and full sinuses. Ugh!

    So, I didn't get my run in today. I now have just Mon & Tue to get birthday shopping & running, because DH has appt on Wed and Thur is the big birthday. :devil: :devil: So, this sick girl is gonna need some friendly butt-kicking, please. :devil: :devil:


    Meanwhile, gonna get my TUFF Lower body 1 done tonight someway, somehow. Tonight's the night I need DH's help because of squats.

    Try the Gan Mao Ling chinese herbs I take, I have fought and won almost catching a bunch of stuff this fall, this last thing was coming on bad and with the herbs only lasted a few days and never got as bad as it felt coming on.

    Tim its the beginning of winter weather, we had rain and wind and snow in the mountain tops near by.

    I couldn't sleep last night finally falling asleep at 4 so I slept in till 10.

    Going for walk by river with husband before football game we watch Seahawks, we are in WA state!
