    If you ate a lot yes. But if you ate to be satisfied an hour should be sufficient.

    go by how your feel. Try jogging in place and little and if your belly feels heavy or you can feel it in your throat, wait a little longer. I usually wait about 30-45 minutes.

    For me it depends on what I eat. I can finish a steak dinner and literally go for a run as soon as I'm finished. But if I eat spaghetti sauce, I have to wait at least two hours. Every food will affect you in a different way, so I agree, if you don't feel good, wait a little longer. Maybe start with some strength training that won't require you to bounce around and agitate your stomach!
