I already lost about 50 pounds before starting Insanity, but I wanted to show my results from the program. I didn't follow the diet plan, just counted calories myself, but I did the workouts as given. This is over the course of 2 months. I lost 12 pounds, 3" from my waist, 2" from my hips and love handles, and an inch off each thigh. My body changed so much through this process.

    Thanks! I didn't lose very much weight the first month around because my muscles were retaining so much water, but I saw a huge change as soon as the recovery week came around. Keep it up! There will be times when you want to quit so bad, but never give up. You can do it!

    WOW...amazing results. I just finished Insanity but didnt do as well as you have....lost 13`overall but only about 3lbs in weight. You look awesome!!
