Hiya, I am looking for low carb friends to keep me on track! Anyone out there wanna be my friend? I am in Ireland and am 47 and female if that makes any difference!!

I'll be your friend. I've been trying to o low carb but finding it impossible to get my carbs low enough. Maybe I don't know what I'm doing, but I am struggling and could use some support0 -
