    wow huge inspiration for everyone and yourself, I have lost 56 pounds in the past year and am so happy with myself also, mostly thru calorie counting on here and riding my stationary bike, I like the results. It wasnt easy but it something I am doing for me as you've done for yourself, way to go girl, thanks for sharing your story!!!!
