You may have overheated or got your HR in the red zone for too long. Listen to your body and don't overdue it next time, its a marathon not a sprint :-)0

my kickboxing class is crazy its not your typical class its boot camp they make you run with 15pds of rope....its nuts. thank you again i will listen to my body next time. i think why i over did it was cause we did a drill of workouts with groups and if you stopped your team had to do ten jumping jacks ten push ups and ten situps. I didn't want to let them down and we won0
