Not sure how to start

Got a gym membership. Been reading articles about cutting and bulking. Im pretty fat ( 220 pounds ,manboobs ect) should i do cardio or lift. I want to lose weight and build muscle but i dont know if that is possible

More likely you will lose weight and MAINTAIN muscle. Strength training is how you maintain muscle. Do cardio AND strength training both.0
