Today I burned 877 calories in 89 minutes...Back in the grid after a two day break! Did my 5k in 26:31 this morning and a legs workout was sweating the whole time non stop finally cooled down once my workout was completed a beautiful morning out clear skies and the sun rising in the East.0

Nice workout Tim! Be glad you got it over with early, sometimes blue skies don't last.
I had lil girl all day, on a blue sky day and had planned to take her to the playground and perhaps run if DH could meet me there to take lil girl. But blue skies VERY suddenly turned into an afternoon storm that lasted exactly the hour that I was shuffling the kids from place to place (ugh!). The result was wet playground, wet sidewalks, followed by blue skies again. :grumble: So, lots of one-armed tot-carrying (umbrella in other hand), but no run. :frown: The weather report calls for blue skies tomorrow, so I'll try again tomorrow.

Sherry the weather sure has been messing with your workouts lately. Hope you get your blue skies tomorrow.
I did a 2 mile treadmill run before work, and Pilates after work. Between my trainer workout last night & Pilates tonight my abs are very, very sore. I love that.0 -
Today shoulder is a bit sore. I did a workout called Lethal Legs - pretty good, but not as good as yesterdays calorie burn, but then I did a Tae Kwon Do class. so so amount of cardio had to help teach. Room was cold so we ran laps around the room and did some jumping jacks too.0
