Saggy stomach help!

So my stomach is well.... Saggy! I have been pregnant 3 times so that hasn't helped but I don't blame it solely on that I think it has a lot to do with me being over weight! Has any other women had success with the saggy stomachs with losing the weight and adding in loads of exercise. I hope this is something that could be corrected I would eventually like to wear a bikini again lol!

Unfortunately you cannot target an area for fat loss and there is no specific exercise or exercise program that will cause you to lose fat in one specific area. Fat comes off unpredictably from different areas as you lose weight.

That being said, strength training (lifting weights) helps.

If we could spot reduce though, my abdomen would be concave.
  • Trust me I'm trying lose fat all places of the body not just trying to target my abdomen lol ! I'm just hoping with weight loss and excircse will come a firmer tummy!

You may never get the exact stomach you want, but strength training will definitely help!

weight loss in itself wont create a firmer anything all it will do is reduce the area taken up by fat and maybe muscle, exercises working the in your case abdomen will increase the definition in those areas which in turn will give the skin a firm shape to shrink back into provided it hasn't been stretched beyond that point of being springy anymore, kinda like anything elastic if they are stretched beyond there normal range for extended periods they lose the ability to spring back into shape and will stay stretched, nothing you can do will get them back into shape.

just keep working the midsection and you'll increase the muscle/definition in that area which will atleast give the illusion of a firmer tummy, but any stretch marks etc. will only fade at best. I know first hand.

afaik the skin does it's own thing you can't control that without plastic surgery or being exposed to UV or dehydration. i could be wrong
