    Thank you so much I have been overweight for as long as I can remember and it's an amazing feeling to me what only 50lbs can do for the soul. It's truly an amazing feeling that it brings to me. It has me in tears at times. I finally did it and though I am not done just yet I never gave up :) I want to say congrats to everyone who has accomplished there goals (even the smallest ones) on there healthy journey. *hugs
