I made this up on my main wall for my MFP friends and thought I would share it with everyone. Please don't critisize it. I did my best here :D

Ho Ho Ho (all the good girls and boys of MFP) Only 8 more days till Christmas...

so, you better be good,♪♫•*¨*•.¸¸♥¸¸.•*¨*•♫ better eat right, ♪♫•*¨*•.¸¸♥¸¸.•*¨*•♫ better log those fruits and veggies tonight. ♪♫•*¨*•.¸¸♥¸¸.•*¨*•♫ for Santa Clause is watching YOUUuuu. ♪♫•*¨*•.¸¸♥¸¸.•*¨*•♫ He knows if you've been cheating, ♪♫•*¨*•.¸¸♥¸¸.•*¨*•♫ He knows if your a sneak, ♪♫•*¨*•.¸¸♥¸¸.•*¨*•♫ he knows if you take a bite... of that Great Big BROWNIE tonight....     Deadlifts suck, front squats suck,
    Soreness is such a pain...
    But, oh, how, can you stop,
    When you just want to lift again?

    Oh, skating's fun,
    Walking's, fun,
    Swimming all the way!
    But dear lord,
    Please don't make,
    Me run this gosh darn day!

    Hey!

    Painful yells,
    My BO smells,
    My husband's hit the hay
    While I just lift,
    And I just grunt,
    All the life long day, hey!

    Jogging through the streets,
    With my Ipod blaring loud,
    Oh what fun it is to shrink,
    And make myself so proud!

    Hey!

    Kettlebells, walnut shells,
    Lift some ******ing steel,
    Eat some foods,
    To nourish thyself,
    It's a wonderful effing deal!

    Low cal diets blow,
    I'd rather lose weight slow,
    Oh what fun, it is to tone,
    While your friends just ask "how!?"

    ...Take this with a grain of salt, I've had a couple glasses of wine ;) (They fit my macros, psshh)

    LOL I bought the sweater at Walmart, made the 'sleeves' out of felt & fuzz, and put the gloves and stuff on it with hot glue.

    So, to prove I'm not a total Debbie Downer, here's my contribution...
    (to the tune of "White Christmas")

    I'm dreaming of a thin Christmas
    just like the ones that used to be,
    where my belly isn't constricted
    and my thigh rubbing friction
    doesn't set fire to the tree.
