    Another great saying today Sherry!

    Tim, how's your shoulder feeling?

I've got a trainer session tonight. Still on a mini-rest from running, but I bought new running shoes last night that hopefully will resolve the issues I've been having.

@ Laura - Shoulder has its day sometimes feels better sometimes not unsure what is going on with it rather then it just being an annoyance...

Today I ran my normal 5k and did a short 30min back and abs workout...I somehow tweaked my lower back when I got up this afternoon so just took it easy today...Burned 500 calories in 58 minutes I lower burn then normal but 500 is better then 0

    hi all! Happy hump day!

Today went about as expected. Chores in the a.m. A little playtime with lil girl mid-day. Parent-teacher mid-year meeting day took half the afternoon, then feedings & homework, etc, etc. And DH worked late. Anyway, there was no hope for a workout today. And DH told me he has to work late tomorrow, so there goes that too (also on Monday, that we know-of, so far). It is his busy season til New Years, so it's quite possible that I'll be stuck with the kids every afternoon til New Years. Once school is out, I can try to squeeze in some home workouts during the day.

Anyway, hope everyone's having a great day (and that any little injuries or tweaks are feeling better)!

p.s.-Jen, hope your husband is recovering okay. I know it will be long, but I hope he is comfortable as possible, for now. :)

Feel your shoulder thing Tim, I think I pinched a nerve. Not as bad as I have had before but constant soreness.

I took muscle relaxant earlier and it helped a lot.

I did the walking trail by river today.
