Hey all. I hope some of you are getting some workouts out there. So DH will be working late all the time now for his busy season and I'm not getting time for myself. I could really use a run or a workout, today was a stressful day and my coping skills have completely disappeared. :frown: I guess if I can resist turning to food for comfort, then I will know that I have learned something in the past year. hope to have a better report soon. :ohwell:
eta: this just popped up on facebook and totally describes me today!! at least it made me laugh.

I love that meme about getting on your own nerves. I can totally relate to that!
My mini-break from running is over. Going to try running on the treadmill tonight (breaking in my new shoes), followed by a leg workout with my trainer. Monday my right knee wasn't cooperating so hopefully the few days off from running, plus using my foam roller, will have helped.0 -
Did walk today first time in days shoulder didn't hurt while walking so that was great! I am healing...
Tomorrow going shopping next town over and suppose to snow all day, should be fun!0 -
Did a medicine ball workout with a couple of friends after school. Must have been moving today had 12,000 steps. Sad day going to bed with 800 calories left.0
