Crushed my test this morning with a 96% overall! Burned 358 calories in 43mins....Thanks for the support everyone! Could not stop the BEASTMODE from activating this morning! Lol going to go lift weights later on today after I get some sleep....

Update: Finally got the the doctor about my shoulder they think it has something to do with my tendon in my shoulder...So they told me not to do any upper body workouts for at least the next week. Kind of bummed about that but hopefully it helps  . Also just added up my running miles again only have 9 more 5k's to do before I finally hit 300 miles not bad overall in just over 5 months including August when I started.

    Funny post today.

Hang in there Tim, rest and it will get better, I know its hard to stop workouts when you are doing daily....

I have been busy around here at home running up and down stairs...my friends all said when we built our retirement home 8yrs ago why build a two story and I said and still feel that way, "it gives me exercise going up and down the stairs and when I get too old to do them I will sleep in the guest room downstairs!"

I was waiting for rain to stop and now sun is out and before the 25 mph winds they predict start I am going for a quick 2 mile walk.

Congrats Tim! At 96% you really were in beast mode!

I've got a trainer session after work tonight. Right knee is a little sore but not as bad as yesterday, so we'll see how it cooperates tonight.

Tim, you seriously crushed it! Way to go!. Watch that shoulder. My Dad just had surgery on his and has a long (1/2yr) road of recovery ahead of him. Good job on the running too. :)

Marla, your retirement house sounds perfect.

Have a great session Laura. :) Take care of that knee.

Well, I picked up lil girl's cold, so that makes two of us here. I did get out with the kids to go see Santa at the mall. I noticed carrying my lil girl up the steps of the metro that she felt much heavier today (she's weighing in at 41.6) . Warning bells that I need to get back to work before I lose my previous strength gains. Today was possibly the worst schedule day, with DH working all day and all evening. Besides the mall, I did lots of chores around the house today with the kids, but my activity level is still terribly stalled until DH's work schedule lightens up after New Years. Guess I'll nurse my cold, and just enjoy the holidays and not worry too much about it for this week, but to do what I can, when I can.

Hope everyone will get some nice relaxation and family/friend time during the coming week.

Today went to the city to shop and go to doctor for husbands knee. Dr. said great recovery and he is doing awesome. He walked in with crutches and a brace and walked out with neither. Husband was very pleased. Although I think I wore him out after with shopping. I let him sit it out at a movie with kids while I shopped.

Over 17,000 steps today. I'm a little frustrated because fitbit is not talking to MFP and I have negative calories for the time being. Not too bad only 300, but I know I will have some calories back from all the walking.

My kids are now used to going up and down the stairs instead of taking escalator.

I went to chiropractor today and I had three ribs out of place and my back and right shoulder out of place. My entire upper body is sore.

Congratulations Tim on your test! Careful on your shoulder the Ortho surgeon we went to has I'm sure several vacation homes by all the shoulders and knees he has worked on.

I hope to get a work out tomorrow, but I have lots of cooking to do and a family gathering to attend.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to everyone.

Thank you all for being an inspiration to keep exercising!
