My husband and I found out last night that our offer had been accepted...we are buying our 1st home!!! So of course we had to go to Benihana to celebrate, right? :) Well I definitely went over on my calories, but when I tallied up the damage this morning, I only went over my daily by 900 cals. And that's after 3 weeks of staying under everyday....So even my cheat day wasn't that bad!! Just wanted to share. Also I have my weigh in for Biggest Loser tomorrow...better be good today and get to the gym tonight!

I think it does the body to good to get out of the routine and then jump right back on board...

Actually I should have put this under victories...just realized the old me would have beaten myself up, gotten discouraged, and just returned to bad eating habits. But healthy choices are really becoming a lifestyle for me. Eventually I won't need to track what I eat. Everyone has a day when they pig out but as long as it's in balance with most days of healthy habits it won't matter.

Congrats on your new home, and being able to enjoy a cheat meal without feeling guilty, and knowing it won't hinder all of your hard work! I'm working hard to stay at or below my cals everyday so that my over 900 calorie day can be Thanksgiving, and I won't have to feel to bad about it!
