Okay everyone; new challenge. My personal fitness goals for January/February is to complete the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. If you would like to do the dvd with me, feel free to join in. :bigsmile:
I am making a few alterations, such as doing the Shred 5 days a week instead of everyday. On the two off days, I will be doing physical challenges (from a 15 week fitness group I've joined on MFP).
Basically, the purspose of the group is to be physically active for at least 30 minutes and be accountable.
I was able to get the dvd for $8 and change at Walmart.
For those who don't want to do the shred, but want to be in a fitness group for accountablity, your welcomed also. If you choose not to do the Shred, just comment each day on what you did do physically. Just be sure it's at least 30 minutes. :happy:
