100 Reasons to Lose Weight & Be Fit!

Hello Everyone! :love:

Last week, several of us had one thing or another come up in our lives to cause us to set aside a workout or healthy meal. Sometimes, life just happens, but it is good to be reminded of our goals. Therefore, this thread is dedicated to why we want to lose weight and be fit! Let's share our 100 reasons by Wednesday! This will make for an interesting thread, and allow us to get to know each other better. Join in, whether you're doing this round of the challenge or not! I'm sure that we will find that we have some goals in common. If you can't think of 100, go as high as you can. You can always come back and add later. :flowerforyou:

    1. Feel better about myself
    2. Fit into my old clothes and really most of my clothes in general
    3. Look good in a swim suit
    4. Be able to run long races and feel and do great
    5. So I will stop thinking about how fat I am
    6. One day when I get married, I won't need to work as hard to look great for my big day
    7. Have people admire what I have done to change
    8. Get compliments from people
    9. Live longer, healthier, and happier life
    10. Love life more!

    1. To get off my high blood pressure meds
    2. To reach into my closet & know anything I grab will fit & look fab!
    3. To look on the outside how I feel on the inside
    4. To be an inspriation to other women on the same journey
    5. To hear someone say "Damn I wish I looked like that!"
    6. To look in the mirror & say "Damn I look like THAT!"
    7. To wake up every morning with energy
    8. To continue to challenge myself
    9. To live a long, healthy & happy life!

    2. To be healthier
    3. It's good for me
    4. To be stronger as I become older
    5. To have more confidence
    6. To have a more positive body image
    7. To be more comfortable naked
    8. To lower my chances of diabetes and osteoporosis
    9. To try tennis again, without the joint pain
    10. To send my husband into any department store to shop for me
    11. To be more social
    12. To be a positive, fit role-model for my daughter
    13. To stop worrying about gaining weight if I have a glass of wine or an occasional dessert or favorite food
    14. To look good naked
    15. To reduce my chance of cancer
    16. To drop 2 dress sized
    17. To have an easier time shopping for clothes
    18. To know what it feels like, not to have all this jiggle
    19. To have a photo shoot done by a professional
    20. To have my husband look at me in awe and disbelief (who are you, and what did you do with my wife)
    21. To jog again
    22. To not be afraid of the scale
    23. To remove the letter X in front of my clothes sizes
    24. To buy nice lingerie from Victoria's Secret, and feel great in it.
    25. To have a BMI that is not obese or overweight
    26. To not have a stomach that flaps over
    27. Because I am worth it

    I don't know that I can come up with 100, but.......
    1. to feel comfortable in my own skin
    2. to be an inspiration to someone else
    3. to look hot in a bikini
    4. to live a long healthy life
    5. to get in good shape before I have a baby so hopefully my healthy habits will cary through my pregnancy and it'll be easier getting back in shape after
    6. to make my husband say "WOW!"
    7. to be strong and sexy
    8. to pass on healthy habits to my kids
    9. to look in the mirror and LOVE what I see
    10. to be able to wear anything I want and feel good about myself

    16. to be able to keep up with the boys (my husband is very athletic!)

    Glad I ran across this again. All of these are still true. Now that I'm trying to lose my baby weight I needed this motivation to start over hopefully for the last time!!
