    As for my stretching progress, I don't *feel* like I've made a *huge* improvement...but I do believe that the difference would be more than I am thinking if I had before-and-after photos of myself doing the stretches!

    And here's my Thursday:

    workout: 72 minutes (37 circuit and 35 rebounding)...415 calories
    stretch: 9 minutes
    reps: 250 (75 UB, 75 LB, 50 core, 50 cardio)

    I'll get/post my measurements in the morning with my weigh-in! YIKES!!!

    I put my and Melissa's Thursday stuff on the chart...

    My final weigh in: 168.4 lbs. Gained 2.4 lbs this week - BUT since I lost over double that in the past 2 weeks with Dengue Fever, I am happy :bigsmile: Just need to stop it increasing any further now :blushing:

    On a positive note, I am going out today! Taking a car ride. First time I have been outside my house/yard for just over 2 and a half weeks!!!!!! Feeling :happy:

    Hope you all have marvellous weigh ins! (And still hoping a Shark wins this :bigsmile: )

    I am still noting points for this week, but since that system runs until Sunday I presume we don't post them until Monday? Or are they just not counting this week?

    Sent in measurements!
    I got a FULL days work of cleaning 2 homes so NO fitness today. I think with my stitches & after surgery energy level that the 2 houses will be ENOUGH exercise for today!!

    #1. I worked out 4 days for 30 min or more
    Calories burned= 1691 (excluding the cals I'll burn today cleaning 2 homes:noway: )
    #2. Did 3 days of 5 min or more of stretching
    #3. Did 800 Reps ( each over 100)
    #4. Posted motivational 3x & posted my measurements.
    As for the stretching goal: With doing back stretches everyday I am seeing my chiro less!!!
    Filled ALL of Sheri's requirements!

    This is it ladies and I just want to say "YOU did an AWESOME job!" and "I'll see ya in the finals of Sheri's NEXT challenge!".
    My next fitness challenge is P90x3 (when I get Dr's clearance)!
    May the best BEAST win! (but may it be one of the DOLPHINS!:wink: )

    100 cardio (jumping jacks)
    50 Lower body (squats with 10 lb. hand weights)
    50 core (crunches)

    Posted measurements, but I might have done the chest area wrong. I measured around my boobs. If this is wrong, where do I measure for chest? Thanks!

    Circuit Training and HIIT training - 36 mins / 355 calls

    Points for week.

    #5 Bad habit (-10 points) - just did not get that ironing done every day!!!

    Melissa, normally it would e below the boobs, but I guess it depends where you measured the first time so you can see if there has been an improvement.

    Weigh-in: 112.6 (down from 119 - which means that I am super-sensitive to too much sodium!)

    I put my Friday stuff on the chart, and I sent my measurements!

    Wednesday
    30min, 115 cals walking
    50 crunches, 25 pushups= 75 reps
    5 min stretching

    Thursday
    91 mins, 651 cals step aerobics/walking
    50 crunches, 25 squats, 25 jumping jacks= 100 reps
    5 min stretching

    Friday
    68 mins, 751 cals step aerobics/ jogging
    50 jumping jacks, 25 butt kicks= 75 reps
    5 min stretching

    As far as progress with the stretching, I haven't seen much improvement with my goal. I have been able to go further in other stretches though so there was a benefit to the focus on stretching.

    ETA- I can't find my tape measure!!:grumble:

    I didn't get the full week done as I pulled a muscle in the button of my back last Friday and it only felt better on Tuesday, and have only done light workouts less than 30 mins, and I also ate all the foodz and gained a stupid amount in the days I was out with my back and the wine was flowing partly pain relief but also festive cheer - I know not all the weight I gained was true weight and a lot was water / food digeting as 3.2 lbs has come off already...

    Good luck to everyone waiting on the winner announcement, remember doesn't matter who wins you are all winners x
