Hi community! Male interesting in getting cut

Hi my name is Damian and I'm 25yr trying to get "cut" hopefully within the next couple months
I've had a MFP account for a while but this is the first time ive done something with it and if anyone have TIPS or tricks with cutting I'd appreciate it.
To give ya an idea on my diet here is a list of food id eat on a typical day, remember abs are made in a kitchen! not a gym:
Soy milk, eggs, lean chicken or turkey, fruits + veggies Nuts,
Heres what I've been avoiding since Aug 10 2013 when i started my healthy kick:
ALL wheat products, refined sugar, HFC, simple carbs - pasta bread, Soda, juice
I think I need to shed more fat so my muscles could be more visible ?? I think Im doing pushups, situps, dumbbells 5x weekly and seeing results...but slow results in my opinion but i'll come back with an updated photo ( That was back in oct 2013)

if abs are done in a kitchen then you have a very long way to go!
A) drop that soy milk - pronto - unless you plan on having man boobs instead of a chest.
where is them carbs son? No wheat products, no simple carbs, just veggies? No wonder results are slow -
You need carbs - proteine and fat even if / when cutting!
