Yes, that is my hubby. He has lost as well. I would say it is mostly influenced. We are all more active and make better choices now.10 -

It's funny that you should say that. I recently have run into a few people that I worked with 5 years ago. Not only are they completely shocked, but one didn't even believe it was me!

I am 5'11''
When I started my journey I had an original goal of 160 lbs. I thought that was pushing it. As I got closer to my original goal I realized that I could do so much more. It took me much longer to lost that last bit, but it just took a little extra devotion!4 -
