    I heard of this in a TV talk show. Sounds like it would be harder and more effective. Please be careful if you normally dont where heels. I cant where them . Good Luck. Get your sexy on....

    Wearing stiletto heels will not put you in proper squat formation. You won't get the benefits of the exercise. Ditch the heels, and pick up the weights. You'll see results faster.

    I read this when I first woke up this morning...proceeded to squat CORRECTLY in the proper foot attire and without injury but while thinking of the stupid people that read this, throw on those heels and ROLL their ankle or kill their knees. SERIOUSLY people...the old tried and true WORK. Don't do things that set you up to fail.
