    Oh hellz yeah I love metal as you can probably tell from my username, I used to go to metal shows all the time back in the 80's and 90's. Some of my favorites are Slayer, Black Sabbath, Dio, Rob Zombie, Manson, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest. I also like all kinds of old school punk rock like Black Flag, CircleJerks, Minor Threat, DRI, COC, etc. I used to rage in the mosh pits but I little too old for that now, love to have other metalheads as friends feel free to add me.

    I must say metal + workouts = awesome.
    When I'm lifting it's usually something like FFDP, Rammstein, Hatebreed, just about anything heavy that makes me want to beat people up.
    When I'm running it's gotta be something like arch enemy, devil driver, rob zombie, fast & loud.

    Always makes my workout better
