This is my 1 year success story. But I still need to lose about 10- 20 lbs to be happy with my body. In the last month I have been working out doing strength training videos from fitsugar.com, a kettlebell workout from shape magazine I think, and a lot of walking lunges any time I'm at work and have nothing to do or just at random around the house. I'm a teacher and in the past year have eating a lot of veggies and protein but also at times binged many carbs and other things, but these past few months, I have gotten very serious and now I don't eat any rice, bread and many fruits, and I lost about 6kg.

About a month ago, I started to drink my glowing green smoothie for breakfast! before I didn't eat anything for breakfast and wasn't losing anything for 3 months, I was stuck at 63 kg. in the past month, since drinking my 250 cal green smoothie, I have had much more energy, feel great, excersize at least 5 times a week and I have got down to 59.5 kg. MY goal was 60, but I think I must have been really fat because I still have meat on my arms, back, stomach, legs, everywhere which I want to get rid of, so I think I'm not 'big boned' after all. My new goal is between 50 and 55kg, but I will see what my body looks like, to be honest I just want the fat on my sarks to go away most.

I have 3 weeks off work now, so I will be excersizing doing a lot of strength training at home using the free resources, and keep carbs down, we have gone to many restaurants but I always eat a lot of meat and try my best to avoid all carbs. Basically I have learned to stop eating when I know it's enough rather then feeding my wants and cravings. I also eat a high protein full fat Bertie yoghurt for 140 cals as my dessert. Anyway, This is my 2 year post pregnancy weight loss and I had a c section, so yes, I do have some ripply skin and the bottom of my stomach but I don't really care, and my stretch marks don't bother me or my husband. He said I shouldn't worry because we are going to have 5 more kids in the future lol, then if I want I can decide if I want to have the extra skin removed or not, but I think if I work hard at the strength training I won't be bothered by it. My highest weight after birth was 83kg.

Ok. Here goes.

Last year about 77kg

Yesterday I bout this green top and it's the first time I have gone shopping and liked what I saw in the mirror, I thank God for all his strength.

IfnI can do it, you can too, I have not lost as much as other people have in 1 year, but I found this mentally and physically challenging and rough, most of the journey was a struggle, but now that I have reached this point, I will never let food bring me back to how I was before, I just don't care anymore, my mind has gotten to a point that I don't crave food anymore, I want to eat well for my body.

Thank you for your support! I have always been overweight, this is the slimmest I have ever been since I was a child, in fact I have never seen my real body lol. I feel like it will never work, but the facts are it will. So never give up! I thank God so much.
