Hi there, I'm new to this and was wondering if anyone had calculated the DVD workout Jillian Michael's 30 day shred to log exercise? Thanks!

i log it as circuit training-general0

I wear a heart rate monitor and log it in as circuit training.0

I am doing it by my HRM. BUT if u dont have one, i would do it as circuit training0

I log it as 20 mins of aerobics general. It comes up as less than for circuit training but as I don't have a HRM (yet) I'd rather under estimate and loose a little more than over estimate and eat more calories than I've actually burned.0
