Scars on men. Specifically, do they influence you thoughts on attractiveness when you first lay eyes on them for the first time?

Doesnt bother me any... there's a story behind that scar and possibly a huge part in what makes that person them. I have my own why would I lack the compassion for someone else's?

Scars are a great big iffy area. Depends on the kind of scars. Burn scars you're not going to ask about but other scars (I wrestled a shark in mah budgie smugglers) that's a great story to tell over a beer.
Everyone reacts differently about something like that.

Honestly, I don't think it's something I would notice. Having had children and my own medical history, scars are just part of life.

What I noticed with you is in this pic .. that smile coming through those eyes.

Just pretend you're reenacting that scene from lethal weapon and make it a competition to see who has the best scars.

Given my summer work I generally try to avoid scenes from Jaws........ Although if I could capture evidence of a living megalodon......

ETA: Shark people are weird though, one of the interns I was working with got bitten (on the hand, it was trying to eat her camera). We were all pissed cause she was going to get the most awesome scar!

They don't make a man more or less attractive in my opinion. I have scars. It's not a big deal at all.

Scars are beautiful! I always loved looking at my dad's scars, knowing where they came from. My scars don't have quite the same story as my dad's, not by a long shot, but the stories behind them are just as interesting.

Love a man without Large scars. He's not clumsy and he hasn't had surgery, so he must be healthy! Small scars are endearing.
Running my finger over my hubby's scars and letting him tell me all about them... Let me draw closer to him.

Not at all. I work in an animal hospital and my co-workers and I are always comparing who has the best scars.

Edited to make it sound less bizarre.

If you can look beyond my stretch marks...I can look beyond your scars. Scars of any kind....have a story behind them. I love a good story!! :-)

Scars are pretty much a non-issue for most women. We really don't care if someone has them. The same goes for hair - or lack thereof.
  • Nope doesn't bother me....and mine doesn't seem to bother them!

Not at all and I would guess any woman who says yes would be superficial and not worth it......
