    I did okay on this but cant believe that the average T-Day meal is 3,000 cals! That is insane.

    5 out of 8, not too bad! I think they are full of it on the wine question, though. 6 oz merlot plus sugar and orange peel is NOT only (answer here) calories!! I call BS on that.
