    My mom has retreated to silence but it's for the best. Let's just say all the wonderful people on MFP and my own inner strength were the driving force in my success. Outside sources are revolting. Lol

    Thank you and yes! I've found the one strength over all is self. Without the mindset, it's hard for the body to follow through.
