First Weigh-In Monday 17th February

Weigh yourself first thing in the morning tomorrow and regard that as your starting weight. We will weigh in every monday morning to track your progress!

  • I'm excited. I really want to tone up my quads, and lose a couple inches everywhere, except my boobs&butt hehe. I weighted myself a couple weeks ago, at 136.2lbs, at the gym. The scale I have at home is not reliable.

    my goal is to be 15% body fat, tight and toned. I too wanna lose inches from everywhere except my butt.

    Hi just joined the group. I'm in the UK so I'll weigh in tomorrow. My goal is to lose 14lbs in 10 weeks

    To do this i will be sticking to my eat less move more motto. In addition to spinning, cycling and ceroc i want to start running again (had a back injury last year so not run in 12 months and I'll need to build up gradually to avoid injuring myself again)
