I'm excited. I really want to tone up my quads, and lose a couple inches everywhere, except my boobs&butt hehe. I weighted myself a couple weeks ago, at 136.2lbs, at the gym. The scale I have at home is not reliable.0

Hi just joined the group. I'm in the UK so I'll weigh in tomorrow. My goal is to lose 14lbs in 10 weeks
To do this i will be sticking to my eat less move more motto. In addition to spinning, cycling and ceroc i want to start running again (had a back injury last year so not run in 12 months and I'll need to build up gradually to avoid injuring myself again)
